Terms Of Use

TERMS OF USE

Veterans4Veterans
Effective Date: August 15, 2026

Welcome to Veterans4Veterans. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Veterans4Veterans website, educational programs, online courses, scholarship opportunities, career-development resources, artificial intelligence tools, and related services.

By accessing this website, registering for a program, or using Veterans4Veterans educational services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About Veterans4Veterans

Veterans4Veterans is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans, military families, healthcare professionals, first responders, educators, and other qualifying Heroes develop the skills necessary to pursue career opportunities and professional advancement.

Our programs may include interview training, resume development, artificial intelligence interview practice, career-development education, scholarships, and related resources.

2. Educational Purpose

Veterans4Veterans provides education, training, and career-development resources.

Our programs are designed to help participants improve their interviewing, communication, resume-development, career-planning, and related professional skills.

Participation in a Veterans4Veterans program does not guarantee employment, promotion, an interview, job placement, salary level, career advancement, or any particular employment outcome.

Employment decisions are made independently by employers and other third parties.

3. Scholarships

Veterans4Veterans may provide scholarships to qualifying participants, including a $1,200 Tuition Scholarship for eligible Heroes.

Scholarship availability, eligibility requirements, program requirements, and scholarship amounts may be modified from time to time.

A scholarship represents educational assistance and does not constitute cash compensation. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, scholarships:

  • Have no cash value;
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • Cannot be transferred to another person; and
  • Apply only to the program or services for which they were awarded.

Veterans4Veterans reserves the right to verify information provided in connection with scholarship eligibility.

4. Registration and Program Fees

Certain Veterans4Veterans programs may require registration, technology, laboratory, course, or other fees even when tuition has been covered by a scholarship.

Any applicable charges will be disclosed before payment is required.

Current program offerings may include a $99 Registration Fee and separate educational or technology components, including AI interview and resume-development resources.

Promotional offers, scholarships, waived fees, and program pricing may change.

5. Trial Lessons and Program Access

Veterans4Veterans may allow prospective participants to experience designated lessons, exercises, assessments, or AI interview activities before enrolling in the complete program.

Access to trial material does not necessarily provide access to the entire course.

Additional registration, enrollment, eligibility verification, or payment may be required to continue beyond the introductory portion of a program.

Veterans4Veterans may modify, discontinue, or replace trial content or promotional offers at any time.

6. AI Interview Practice and AI-Assisted Learning

Veterans4Veterans may use artificial intelligence technology as part of interview practice, resume development, career preparation, assessments, feedback, or other educational activities.

AI-generated feedback is provided for educational and practice purposes. Artificial intelligence systems can make mistakes, misinterpret responses, or provide incomplete or inaccurate information.

Participants should use their own judgment when applying AI-generated recommendations.

Veterans4Veterans does not guarantee that an employer, recruiter, applicant-tracking system, or other third party will evaluate a participant in the same manner as an AI training system.

7. Third-Party Technology and Services

Veterans4Veterans may use or provide access to third-party platforms and services, including online course platforms, AI interview systems, resume-development tools, payment processors, video services, and other educational technologies.

Third-party services may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.

Veterans4Veterans does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, security, accuracy, or operation of independently operated third-party services.

8. Participant Accounts

Some Veterans4Veterans programs may require creation of an online account.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Course accounts are intended for the registered participant and should not be shared with others unless Veterans4Veterans expressly permits such use.

9. Course Progress and Participation

Veterans4Veterans may monitor course participation, lesson completion, assessments, AI interview activities, and other educational progress when supported by the platforms used to deliver the program.

Participants are responsible for completing applicable course requirements.

Completion of individual lessons or exercises does not necessarily constitute completion or graduation from the entire Veterans4Veterans program.

10. Resume and Career Information

Participants may provide employment history, education, military experience, professional credentials, skills, accomplishments, and other career information while participating in Veterans4Veterans programs.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.

Veterans4Veterans encourages participants to represent their qualifications, credentials, experience, military service, education, and accomplishments accurately and truthfully to prospective employers.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Veterans4Veterans owns or is authorized to use the educational materials appearing in its programs and on its website, including text, training methods, videos, graphics, exercises, worksheets, course structures, branding, and other original materials.

These materials are provided for the participant's personal educational use.

Participants may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or make Veterans4Veterans course materials available to others without prior written authorization.

12. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the Veterans4Veterans website or educational programs to:

  • Violate applicable law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • Interfere with website or course operations;
  • Distribute malicious software;
  • Misrepresent identity or qualifications;
  • Copy or commercially redistribute protected course material; or
  • Use Veterans4Veterans resources for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Veterans4Veterans may restrict or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.

13. Donations

Donations to Veterans4Veterans support the organization's charitable mission and programs.

Unless a specific restricted purpose has been expressly accepted by Veterans4Veterans, donations may be used to support the organization's programs and charitable activities consistent with its mission.

Tax deductibility depends upon applicable law and the donor's individual circumstances. Donors should consult their own tax adviser regarding the tax treatment of a contribution.

14. Website Information

Veterans4Veterans strives to provide useful and accurate information but does not warrant that every website page, course resource, third-party link, price, schedule, or program description will always be error-free or current.

We may update website and program content as our services evolve.

15. Privacy

Use of personal information collected through the Veterans4Veterans website and programs is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

By using the website and providing information to Veterans4Veterans, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

16. External Links

Our website and educational programs may contain links to third-party websites or resources.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the third party or all information, products, or services offered by that party.

Veterans4Veterans is not responsible for independently operated third-party websites.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veterans4Veterans and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the website, educational programs, AI tools, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. No Professional Advice

Veterans4Veterans educational content is intended for career-development and educational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through our programs should not be considered legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Participants should consult an appropriately qualified professional when such advice is required.

19. Changes to Programs or These Terms

Veterans4Veterans may modify its website, educational programs, course content, technology providers, scholarship programs, fees, promotional offers, or these Terms of Use as circumstances change.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

20. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law provides otherwise.
